The variable me and my partner will be studying is the amount of salt. We going to add 4 scoops in one bottle and in the other one we going to double it by putting 8 scoops of salt. I would record my data by studying how the Kimchee comes out or looks. I would record my data on my Lab Notebook to look back at it. This experiment would take a week. When i would record my data is when i see something changing or not look right. Kimchee should come out with a whole different style.Im testing what salt does to the cabbage. Which one would preserve faster then our other group bottle. Our hypothesis is "If you use 8 scoops of salt,The cabbage will preserve faster,in one week or less, compared to when 4 scoops of salt is used" . We are focusing on the salt concentration.
